This means that your order is often shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we can provide a copy of the shipping label and do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are, however,  in the process of implementing a tracking system for Wall Art orders and our other products so we will be able to provide tracking numbers for those items very soon.

Order Processing time frame is typically 3-5 business days but may vary based on demand (wall art processing time is typically 4-6 business days) and shipping delays that are beyond our control (inclement weather, shipping company strikes).

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, estimated arrival is 21-35 days from purchase however shipping timeframe for your item may take 2-6 weeks for some specialized items like Paintings, Luxury Bedding, Gifts & Accessories (sometimes longer during peak holiday seasons if postal mail services are behind schedule with mail deliveries).  Apparel and Jewelry items are primarily printed and shipped from the US.

Q: What Is The Difference Between Not Framed (Rolled Canvas) and Ready to Hang (Framed) Canvas?


  •  Option1: Not Framed (Canvas Only)
    (Frame it yourself. This option is only for the canvas)
  • Option2: Framed (Ready to Hang)


    A.  Not Framed (Rolled Canvas): Your print comes rolled as you see in the "Rolled" example above. It is an unmounted rolled Canvas that is not framed.

    You will see a mirror print edge 4cm on your rolled canvas, but when you
    frame your picture it will be good looking for your frame!


    Your canvas arrives in a rolled tube. White borders are included but will not be seen after you wrap your artwork around your own wooden frames. The customer frames the rolled canvas themself.

    Q: Will My Wall Art Be Safe During Shipment?

    A:  Yes


    A. Not Framed (Rolled Canvas) Prints are packaged safely in tubes so there is no need
    to worry about your print ripping during shipment.  You can be rest assured
    that your print will arrive in great condition.

     A. Framed (Ready to Hang) Prints come in bubble wrap and are stacked
    on top of each other then inside a cardboard box for excellent protection
    during shipment.

    Q: How Do I Wrap My Own Canvas And Frame It Myself?


    Q: Can You Print Custom Wall Art Designs?

    A:  Yes, we sure can!  Just visit the following link to place your custom canvas order:

    *IMPORTANT*:  We must receive an image file from you that is 2500x1600pixels MINIMUM and 300 dpi minimum. The higher the pixels the better the image quality so if you have an image that is e.g. 5000x5000 pixels that is even better.

    We will send you a mockup of your design so you get a very good idea of what your design will look like on canvas before we print and ship your order.

    In some cases, an image of your printed canvas will be provided to you as well prior to shipment, but once your canvas is printed we do not hold shipments more than 24 hours for any order after starting the production process as we do not store custom canvas inventory.

    Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found

    A: We ship using the United States Post Office. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. “find zip code” can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.

    Q: I Don’t Understand Your Sizing Chart.

    A: If you lay out flat a shirt you own now that is comfortable and measure across at the bottom of the sleeves, you should be able to find something very close on our chart that will work for you. Remember, the measurements in the chart are for the shirt, not the person that is meant to wear it.

    Q: How Do I Return Or Exchange My Shirt?

    A: Please Email us at and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember that custom printed shirts are made to order. Once printed, we cannot unprint them or return them to stock. So, we will work to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

    If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.

    Q: How Long Does Printing Usually Take?

    A: Printing times can vary. Currently we are primarily printing in 10-14 days

    Q: There Is A Faint Outline Around My Shirt Design.

    A: Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

    Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order.

    A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect and we'll try harder next time. Email and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) contact you to correct it.

    Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

    Q: Can I return my Shoes order?

    Yes you can return your shoes to the return address we provide you. All shoes returned must be in the same condition as received and are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

    Shipping fees are non refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Q:  My leggings don't fit what do I do now?

    If the leggings do not fit that is no problem. We will exchange for one size up or down.

    Q: I received a tracking number for my shipment but I still don't see any detailed shipping information for my order.  When can I get more detailed tracking information?


    If your product is being shipped from one of our global partners, your item will normally need to reach the destination country first before you see any details about your shipment.  After the tracking information is updated in the postal system, you should see your tracking information soon.  In the US you enter your tracking number into the USPS system. In Canada you enter your tracking information into the Canada Post system.  In Japan you enter your tracking information into the Japan Post system. In India you enter your tracking information into the India Post sytem.

    Q: Can I Get Refund On Free + Shipping Offers?

    Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

    To be eligible for a return (exchange), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Q: Can I Get Refund On My Custom Canvas Designs?

    Note: Due to the personalized nature of custom canvas designs there will be no refunds once designs have been printed  or shipped.  The stated artwork design fee is subject to change and is non-refundable.

     Q:  Can I Get Refund On My Canvas Designs?

    If you receive a canvas design that has a quality error please contact us within 30 days of purchase and email photo verification of your canvas received and photo verification of the shipping label to  After we receive your photo verification and confirm the quality issue our supplier will make and ship you a replacement canvas that is the same canvas as you originally ordered.  The supplier will ship out your replacement as soon as possible.

    The replacement will be made to order and will still be shipped from global suppliers so please be patient, you will receive your replacement shipment as soon as possible.
    Note: Quality issues will only be fixed if we are contacted about the issue within 30 days of purchase.

    If you would like to return your product received for a refund within 30 days of purchase, please take a picture of the canvas you received and the shipping label and email the pictures to so both parties have confirmation on the quality and condition. 

    The customer is responsible for shipping the canvas back to us at your expense (if, however,  we receive photo confirmation of a quality issue that we can confirm, Cool Tees and Things will *pay the return shipping cost -OR- provide the customer with an e-gift card to Cool Tees and Things). In very rare circumstances where a customer has a quality issue but has received authorization to upgrade their order from an authorized Cool Tees and Things representative, the customer is fully responsible for the complete shipping costs associated with returning the canvas they received with the quality issue, back to Cool Tees and Things. 

    The canvas must be returned to the US mailing address provided by an authorized Cool Tees and Things representative, and the customer must include the provided RMA# on the package to validate the return.

    *The allowance method and amount is determined by an authorized Cool Tees and Things representative). 

    We will provide you with the return shipping address in the US and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. After we receive the canvas and verify the condition was the same as what was received, we will then process your *refund.  

    *Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee when applicable. Refunds will not be provided without photo verification of your canvas and shipping label and a returned canvas must be received at the mailing address we provide you when applicable.

    Q:  I Want To Upgrade My Wall Art Order.  How Do I Do It?

    If you already received your Wall Art Order in the mail and want to upgrade your canvas, you can upgrade your order.  To begin the upgrade process email: with your original order number and communicate what upgrade you want e.g. Upgrade original order to Large Framed Canvas.

    Once a representative receives your email, you will receive an email with an upgrade invoice.  Your upgrade invoice must be paid before we process your upgrade order with no exceptions. We will not ship your upgrade order until payment is received for your upgrade order with no exceptions.

    The original canvas order you received must be sent back to us in the same condition as it was received to process the upgrade order. A representative will email you the return mailing address and RMA#.  After this information is received by a Cool Tees and Things representative, we have approved the upgrade and you can now send us back your original order for an upgrade.  Note: Please take a picture of the canvas you received that you want to upgrade before returning it to us so both parties see the quality of the original order and the condition.  Thank you
