Liu Di helped me from the begining in splitting the image into 5 pieces, and communicated efficiently at every step on the process untill shipping out.The print quality came out well and light wood make it easy for carry and affixing to the wall. The shipment was easily trackable from the begining and once it reached australia, i have got notifications and detailed tracking from Aus post. I would highly recommend this place for someone amateur/professional photoenthusiasts looking for 5 piece canvas set. I have already reorder the second one yesterday and looking forward to order couple more in coming days. Great service and speedy delivery. from ordering it took only 10 days to get all the way to the Netherlands. Excellent communications in figuring out if my picture was of sufficient quality for the print, and I was shown a very nice preview of the print I was going to receive in the size and configuration I chose.
The print arrived well packed, with the canvas prints rolled around a pretty solid foam core. No way a careless postman could crush them.
